Platoon

After watching this movie and reading this quote, I see the perfect compatibility of the two. Throughout the entire movie, we (the US) seemed to be fighting themselves. It was always one side or the other; one side that kept their morals and humanity and the others that were fighting dirty and left their morals at home. Instead of fighting the real enemy at times, we seemed to be fighting with each other. It was either Elias’s side (good) or Bares’s side (bad). You saw this from the beginning of the movie. Both sides were trying to get people on their side. When Barnes did something bad, Elias would come in and try to tell him that that isn’t how it’s supposed to be done. One of them would have an idea and the other one would always shoot the idea down. It was a constant fight and pulling on either sides. While they were having petty little fights, the enemy was gaining wins and being smart and hitting us hard and gaining a great advantage. Not to mention the great advantage they already had on us. They knew their jungles and were used to the conditions they were in. They could handle the bugs and the land. We could have learned it and fought through it, but we were constantly fighting ourselves, so of course the enemy was gaining an advantage and winning the war.

I personally don’t think that this fight between Barnes and Elias was a fight over authority or who was better. I feel like what they had was personal. They took their feelings and fought each other instead of fighting the enemy. I personally think that it was Barnes that didn’t like Elias. Elias was just trying to do what was right but Barnes was always getting in the way. Every time Elias tried to do his job and what was best, Barnes would come in and try to fight against his good. Elias never went out of way to fight Barnes except for when he did something that wasn’t right. Barnes, however, went out of his way to go ruin something good that Elias was doing. While Elias was out trying to sneak up on the enemy, Barnes followed him and instead of helping he shot Elias. The enemy was within Barnes. Fighting the good and feeding the bad, instead of the other way around.

I really liked this movie. It really gave me another perspective on war. It showed me how difficult it is to get freedom. It is not easy and we need to learn to not take that for granted. People work their butts off so we can do all the things that we can. It also showed me how important it is to keep good relations with other countries. War is not a good thing. In certain situations I understand it, but in others it is petty and pointless, just like the Vietnam War. I hope they never have to go through a personal battle like that because we are only defeating ourselves and not the enemy.

Loss of Innocence

I believe that the nation did lose its innocence after assassination. It made people lose hope in our country. It took away the image that many people had of the United States. It made it look like an unsafe place and a murderous one. People began to question what they could have done to stop this event. They began to blame themselves. The rest of the world began to think that the United States might not be as great as a country as maybe it once was said to be. It affected the way people looked at us. It also affected the future of our country. It caused future generations to look at our government as bad and not trustworthy. The future us are already questioning the credibility of our country and government.

I feel like 9/11 did have a similar effect. It looked bad on the government. People started to question the security at airports and its systems. How were they allowed or not caught before had? It’s almost impossible to get through an airport already. They began to think what they could have done to fix it and why the government didn’t have that done already.

In my opinion I believe that the government killed JFK. He was good. He wanted peace and the nation loved him. I believe that they were afraid of him. That didn’t fit the standards that they wanted in the government. They didn’t like him so they got rid of him. The government was becoming part of the illuminati. JFK didn’t fit the description for an illuminati leader. He was good, he wanted good, and searched for peace and good. You can’t have a good leader when the rest of the government wanted to take over and control the people. So what do they do? They get rid of him and they cover it up. It didn’t fit their agenda. They have to control every aspect of it to be able to take control. They couldn’t just kick him out. It wasn’t that easy. So they got rid of him in a way that was easier for them and didn’t make them look bad. They framed someone else and didn’t let any information out about it. They were messy with it. They didn’t do a good job at covering it up. So, they cover it up. I truly believe this. This isn’t just an unfortunate thing that happened. This was fully intentional.

It was far from a coincidence when it came to RFK and MLK. People were thrilled that his brother stepped up to help pursue what his brother had started. That he continued with keeping the peace. They couldn’t have someone that the people looked up to and admired that actually wanted to do good in this world. So just like any other person that did good, they killed him. Martin Luther King wanted the same thing. He wanted equality and wanted peace between blacks and the whites. The illuminati wants chaos and hatred between people. Martin Luther King was just getting in the way of their agenda. He didn’t fit that agenda so they also got rid of him.

Is it a coincidence that every president after John F. Kennedy has done very little good for this country? They became smarter in the way they did things. They began to control the elections and the votes. They made the presidents look good but once they got in they didn’t do anything they promised. Have you noticed how everything that once has been looked on as bad in now good and everything that was looked at as good is now bad. Everything is backwards. Not even slowly; actually quite drastically.  The music is absolutely horrible. You can’t listen to song now days that aren’t about drugs, sex, or that doesn’t have profanity. They not only are taking over our government but also every aspect of our lives. They get to people in a way that they don’t really realize it. Everybody listens to music. So they got in to the music industry. They control how we think and how we perceive things like drugs and sex.

It’s easier to control a smaller group of people. The past couple decades abortion has boomed. They take population control into their own hands. They put fluoride in our water and for what reason. Fluoride is a poison. Vaccinations have become more and more popular over the years. They’re just pumping a bunch of diseases into babies that don’t even have a fully developed immune system. This makes the autism rates also increase. Not a coincidence.

They can’t have a leader up their speaking the truth because this would ruin their plan. They get rid of the good people and replace them with someone who will do what they need them to do. I truly believe this is why JFK, MLK, and RFK were killed.

Trump vs. Nixon

Trump and Nixon are very similar in many ways. One of the most common similarities is they both strongly supported the Police. If there were any riots at the political debates they just blow it off and say that the Police will handle it because they support them. They both had a lot of riots at their debates. They also have had some similar feelings on the African American race. They both have showed racism towards them. Trump, however, has showed racism towards all races that are not American. Nixon was just specifically African Americans. Nixon blamed them for all of America’s problems when Trump just does not like them.

Trump believes that the Police are the most mistreated people in America. Donald Trump has a very bad reputation with other foreigners. He is constantly criticizing them and wanted to build a wall to keep them out. Richard Nixon was very good with foreign countries. He knew how to talk to them and how to make peace with them. Donald Trump so far, has just made them angry and made them hate America. He also seems to be against all foreign relations at all. In a way they are very similar, but yet they are very different.

Asian Auschwitz Reaction

This article was extremely disturbing to me. Just the fact that they thought of this stuff is crazy. I don’t understand how they could think of this and do it! The thought of cutting someone open makes me sick but doing it while they are alive is unimaginable to me. I couldn’t do it. What made them able to do it? They were slaughtering innocent human beings alive and using them a science experiment. Their minds were so twisted and demented. There was so much evil going on.

What makes it even worse is how they called them “logs”. They were people who deserved to be treated like one. I feel like there is a point in war where you can go too far and this definitely went too far. They said that sedating them would interfere with the experiment but the only thing it would interfere with is the person’s pain. They know that it would hurt so I don’t know why they would have to see the pain and make them go through it. War is bad enough as it is, why create a crippling plague that could potentially kill off millions and millions of people including their own. They don’t know what that disease could do completely because it could become worse and more powerful.

What really makes me mad is that the American government kept it a secret so they could get information. These people deserved to be charged with the unimaginable crimes they committed. It sickens me that someone could know that information and just ignore it to get information. It also makes me wonder what they wanted the information for. Did they want to use it for their own and to use it against people the same way? I hope not. I wish they would have gotten would they should have had coming to them.
